Ron went out of his way to adjust his schedule to make himself available to be onsite and work with the plumbing company hired to make the repair. This was no simple matter for Ron because multiple visits were required to resolve the problem and make the repair. This is just one example of Ron's ongoing dedication to his profession and his customers.
